How we Ship Your Products?
Terminus Payments | POS Merchandise has chosen UPS as our preferred shipping provider. We reserve the right to ship via LTL carriers on larger shipments.
How we Determine the Shipping Prices?
Shipping charges are calculated based upon the weight of the shipment and the destination zip code. We have a shipping calculator on the view cart page. Enter your zip code and you will see your shipping charges. All orders placed on a weekend or holiday will be shipped out on the following business day. Most orders reach our customers within two to three business days from time of shipment.
- We are currently shipping within the Contiguous 48 States only.
- Terminus Payments | POS Merchandise does not ship to P.O. Boxes
- Additional charges may apply to residential shipments.
- Terminus Payments | POS Merchandise may choose to alter these shipping restrictions at any time. We also reserve the right to ship items with alternate carriers as needed.
- Non defective returned merchandise is subject to a 20% restocking fee
- All returns for credit must be received within 30 days of purchase.
- All returns within 30 – 60 days of purchase will receive merchandise credit (less 20% restocking fee)
- No returns after 60 days
- Returns must be double boxed and all returned merchandise must be in re-saleable condition-Shipping cost will not be reimbursed on returned or refused merchandise.
